We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Missoma gift box and secure them inside a mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
