What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 60-day return window for all orders worldwide. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Missoma piece comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not include accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping varies by location but generally arrives within 7-10 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
